Nuki smart locks
Smart lock for the inner side of the door, battery status monitoring, access sharing and Bluetooth unlocking, controlled via WiFi 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth, supports Android and iOS. Nuki charges a fee for using the smart lock alongside a reservation system — your Reservine subscription will be 35 CZK/month higher.
Smart handles with TTLock
Cylindrical insert with fingerprint reader (fingerprints are enrolled directly via the TTLock app; Reservine generates time-bounded PIN codes), supports Android and iOS, manufacturer app in Czech and English, battery powered. TTLock charges a fee for using the smart lock alongside a reservation system — your Reservine subscription will be 75 CZK/month higher.

Reservine is an online reservation system developed for the needs of self-service facilities. Whether you operate a fitness center, wellness, sauna or rent spaces, Reservine will help you efficiently manage reservations, clients, access and payments — fully automatically.
Simply set up available time slots, services and prices according to your needs. Customers can then choose an available slot online, pay and automatically receive an access code via SMS. All without the need for on-site staff.
For each reservation, the system automatically generates a unique, time-limited PIN code. The client receives the code via SMS before the start of the reservation and enters it on the keypad at the lock. The code is valid only for the duration of the reservation.
Yes, the first month is completely free with no commitment. After 30 days: 100 CZK/month per company + 400 CZK per branch (500 CZK/month for a single-branch operation).
Integration is very simple. You insert the reservation button on your website using a short HTML code. Compatible with WordPress, Wix, Webflow and any custom solution. If you don't have your own website, we'll create a reservation page for you automatically.
Monthly pricing is 100 CZK per company + 400 CZK per branch. A single-branch operation pays 500 CZK/month, two branches pay 900 CZK/month, and so on. The first month is free. Online payments carry a flat 5% commission (which includes all Stripe transaction fees). SMS notifications cost 1.50 CZK per message.
You connect your own Stripe account, so money goes directly to your bank per Stripe's payout schedule (typically T+2 days in the Czech Republic). You can accept online card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are automatically recorded in the system.
We specialize in self-service fitness centers, but the system is universal — private wellness and saunas, space rentals, conference rooms, coworking spaces, parking spots and other facilities with contactless operation.
Yes, Reservine offers management of vouchers, discount and gift codes. You can easily prepare promotional offers or gift certificates with limited validity or number of uses.
Yes, the system automatically sends emails (confirmations, reminders, thank-you messages) and SMS messages with access codes. You can fully customize message templates. SMS are charged at 1.50 CZK per message.
Stripe Terminal and Tap to Pay are on our roadmap but not yet integrated in Reservine — for now we focus on online payments (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay via Stripe). If you need on-site card payments today, you can activate Stripe Terminal or Tap to Pay directly in your own Stripe account, independently of Reservine.
